Troubleshooting issues with iOS and Android native applications
With Rainforest Mobile Application logs, it is now possible to identify and troubleshoot issues with iOS and Android native applications. App Logs are available for all native application tests run on iOS and Android VMs.
To view Mobile Application logs, go into a run containing native mobile tests and click into an individual native mobile test. Click on the screenshot of the result of interest to reveal the result's accompanying screenshot. Click on the screenshot the detailed results modal. In the bottom right corner of the modal, locate a hyperlink reads "View (tester)'s Application log". Click on this link to view the application log of the VM used by the tester.
