Instantly rerun all failed tests from a run with a push of a button
The Rerun All Failed Tests button allows for the option to rerun all the failed test in the given run. From the detailed Run results View, this button can be found just above the run info section of a completed run. Click on "Rerun Failed Tests" to trigger a new run of the previously failed tests from this run.
Things to Note:
When failed tests are rerun, these tests will be executed on all the platforms set for it at the test-level.
In the example situation below, if a test has:
- Chrome and Firefox chosen as it's platforms at the test level AND
- is run against and fails in Safari (after being manually selected) during a particular run
clicking "Rerun All Failed Tests" for the run will will trigger the test to run on Chrome and Firefox, not Safari. To ensure that reruns are triggered appropriately, we recommend to check whether a particular test is usually run against the platform.
